Position Overview

As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key client relationships, providing a holistic view of their digital presence and guiding strategy across SEO, content, email, ABM and performance marketing. You’ll develop and deliver integrated digital strategies that help clients navigate — and capitalise on — evolving opportunities across search, AI, and digital engagement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional Ireland and US based teams to deliver measurable results while helping shape how our agency continues to innovate and lead in digital marketing.

Strategy & Client Leadership

  • Develop and implement integrated  marketing strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Drive the growth and retention of client accounts by identifying opportunities, optimising strategies, and ensuring campaigns deliver commercial results.
  • Audit and analyse digital performance using tools like GA4,Ahrefs,  SEMrush, and Search Console to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations that connect creativity with commercial outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data, testing, and innovation.

SEO & Digital Performance

  • Lead the planning and execution of SEO strategies that improve visibility, authority, and conversion.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI search, SGE (Search Generative Experience), and evolving search behaviours.
  • Collaborate with web, content, and design teams to optimise digital journeys and user experience.
  • Interpret analytics to refine tactics and report results in clear, actionable formats.

Innovation, Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Work closely with designers, creatives, copywriters, and paid specialists to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
  • Champion innovation through the adoption of AI tools and data-led optimisation.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge across SEO, analytics, and strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of new frameworks, processes, and best practices across the agency.

Professional Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital ecosystems and how they drive business outcomes.
  • Proven track record in SEO, SEM, and content strategy.
  • Skilled in interpreting data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing settings.
  • Proficiency across marketing and analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, Data Studio, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Naturally curious, commercially minded, and proactive in staying ahead of digital trends.

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing client accounts and delivering measurable performance improvements.
  • Hands-on expertise in SEO, analytics and SEO strategy, with a solid understanding of paid media strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted search and content development is an advantage.
