Celebrating with the Team
The week following the awards, we met up at LOCOMOTIVE home base to celebrate this victory with the entire team. With team members across the country and internationally (UK and Brazil) it was no easy feat getting everyone together but we took advantage of this occasion.
Yes, we saved time for 2023 planning and brainstorming but we also made sure to play just as hard.
From frisbee golf to old-school arcade games to oodles of delicious food (which of course involved treating the out-of-towners to authentic eastern BBQ), it was the perfect way to celebrate who we are as a team. We work hard for each other and our clients, but we’re also pretty fun, and maybe a little competitive. This trip was an opportunity to truly enjoy the bonds we’ve forged along the way to becoming the agency we are today.
Although it was a challenge getting an international team in one place, the days together were filled with appreciation, ideas, laughs, and a renewed commitment to being the best small SEO agency out there.
